Although I hold professional licensure, all services offered here are provided within a coaching and educational framework. My approach may incorporate education and other reflective practices, and therapeutic tools to support personal growth, emotional awareness, and financial well-being.
These services do not include clinical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized legal, tax, or investment advice. Participation does not establish a clinical treatment relationship. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions, and individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Payment & Reserved Time
Payment is required in advance. Purchases reserve professional time, preparation, or access to a program or resource; payment is not contingent on attendance or a particular outcome.
Payments are nonrefundable and purchases are nontransferable, except where required by law or as described below. Please choose an offering and commitment that suit your needs.
Scheduling & Cancellations
You are responsible for booking your sessions, checking the time zone, and joining through the information provided in your confirmation.
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability and any package expiration date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged in full or deducted from your package. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session. Workshops, groups, and scheduled events reserve your place for specific dates. Missed attendance does not qualify for a refund, replacement session, or credit.
If I cancel a session, you will be offered rescheduling or a refund or restored credit for the affected session.
Packages & Subscriptions
Each offering specifies its session allowance, billing schedule, duration, and expiration terms. Unused sessions do not roll over unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
Canceling an appointment does not cancel a subscription. Subscription cancellation and any minimum commitment follow the terms displayed at purchase. Cancel eligible memberships before the next billing date to avoid another charge.
Privacy & Online Participation
Information you provide is used to deliver services, manage bookings and payments, communicate with you, and maintain necessary records. Personal information is not sold or rented for marketing.
Service providers supporting scheduling, payments, email, and online meetings may process relevant information under their own privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed with your permission, as required by law, or when legally permitted to address a serious safety concern.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but electronic communication and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Please join online sessions from a private space. Recording requires prior agreement.
Group participants must respect one another’s privacy and avoid sharing identifying information or personal stories outside the group. Other participants’ confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
