Relationships can be deeply meaningful and also complicated by differences in communication, sensory needs, expectations, emotional processing, boundaries, and the ways we've learned to adapt to other people.
This small, live online support group explores love and relationships through an autistic female lens, including romantic relationships, friendships, family relationships, and our relationship with ourselves.
We'll look at the patterns that can emerge when connection, masking, communication, attachment, sensory needs, and expectations intersect, with room to understand your own experiences and identify what healthier, more sustainable relationships can look like for you.
We'll explore:
Communication differences and misunderstandings
Masking and adaptation within relationships
Friendship, intimacy, dating, and partnership
Family relationships and expectations
Boundaries and recognizing your own needs
People-pleasing and over-accommodating
Conflict, repair, and difficult conversations
Connection without losing yourself
Cohort: January 6 – February 24, 2027
Wednesdays: 12:00–1:30 PM ET
Location: Live on Zoom
Group size: Maximum 6 participants
Investment: $360 for the 8-week cohort ($45 per session)
Meeting dates:
January 6, 13, 20 & 27
